Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • This role serves as the principal liaison between RSF, the Seacrest Studios teams and entertainment-industry contacts to generate and manage talent visits.
  • Cultivate and coordinate talent visits to all Seacrest Studios from the worlds of music, tv, film, sports, online influencers, streaming platforms, etc.
  • Be point of contact for both talent and Studios to ensure optimal communication between both parties for upcoming visits.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships within the entertainment industry to potentially lead to development opportunities. (i.e. talent + partner event activations)
  • Research talent visiting Seacrest Studio city locations and create proposals for approved talent by studios.
  • Engage in weekly meetings with labels, agents, publicists, managers, etc. to help share the mission of the foundation and grow industry relationships.
  • Strategically analyze Industry Advisor program, generating ideas for how to best utilize them to support RSF.
  • Overseeing of the Celebrity Ambassador program –analyzing existing program, generating strategic engagement opportunities with potential growth going forward.
  • Create and deliver Celebrity Booking Forms to Studio teams and talent management teams, making sure all information is up to date, accurate and delivered with adequate advance notice.
  • Source new streams of national and local talent to provide frequent visits to each Seacrest Studio location.
  • Analyze talent visit numbers and devise strategies and action plans to increase visit numbers.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with talent related information.   
  • Provide monthly reports showing all proposals and confirmed bookings.
  • Coordinate with RSF Creative Manager and talent management to gain approval for all content.
  • Coordinate with VP, Business Development & Operations on any press approval for talent appearances.    
  • Provide bi-weekly updates to the entire RSF team.
  • Regularly connect with Studio teams to discuss how visits went and discuss any upcoming visit details as well as potential talent to book. Providing updates on a bi-weekly basis.
  • Strategize ways to fundraise with talent management teams and RSF leadership.
  • Work with RSF Creative Manager on gathering content from talent that are not able to do studio visits (i.e. bus tours, behind-the-scenes experiences, jam sessions, liners, etc.).
  • Book talent for Studio openings and other larger RSF events.
  • Attend summits and events that can help build industry relationships.
