AJR Stops by Seacrest Studios at CHOA Before Jingle Ball

Written by Seacrest Studios intern, Midori Jenkins

The pop trio AJR visited Seacrest Studios at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta on Thursday, before their performance at the Power 96.1 Jingle Ball. The group of brothers - Adam, Jack, and Ryan - brought lots of smiles and enjoyed sharing insight on their journey as musicians. The group emphasized the importance of using their platform to engage fans so that they might become better citizens.

The brothers also discussed what's next to come, a musical based on a children's book they enjoyed growing up, Harold and the Purple Crayon. Originating from New York, the trio expressed that they have always dreamt of writing a Broadway show and how many of their songs, including their pop hit "Bang!" takes a lot of Broadway influences.

AJR was thrilled to meet their young fans and excited to play a silly game titled, "Only a Brother Knows" where they shared their list of go-to tour junk foods: Twizzlers, cheese curds, and Sour Skittles.

What a thrilling Thursday at Seacrest Studios! Thank you, Adam, Jack, and Ryan, for visiting our patients and providing tons of excitement, happiness, and inspiration. Your visit went off with a Bang!
