One of our favorite Disney starlets, Bridgit Mendler, visited Seacrest Studios at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas while on her Summer Tour. The actress-turned-singer opened up about life in the spotlight and sang along with the studio audience. The 20-year-old is best known for her role on the Disney sitcom “Good Luck Charlie”.
Mendler talked about her favorite moments on the show as it is scheduled to end after the current season. “You know, Toby and I bonded a lot towards the end there,” she said. She even pointed out her favorite episode. “I like the Battle of the Bands one where I got to sing with everybody. All my friends on the show.”
Mendler’s “Good Luck Charlie” chapter may be closing, but she has a lot to look forward to. Her debut album, Hello My Name Is…, was released last year. It includes both of her hit singles, “Ready or Not” and “Hurricane”.
“I love writing songs, so it was just an awesome opportunity to make a full album and tell fun stories and make music that hopefully people will enjoy listening to,” Mendler said.
Thanks for a fun and memorable visit to the Seacrest Studios at CMCD!
