Mt. Joy Brings the Music to Charlotte

Seacrest Studios Charlotte welcomed indie rock band Mt. Joy for an unforgettable visit filled with music, laughter and patient-powered fun. One of our VIP patients and Mt. Joy super-fan, DJ Maddy, co-hosted the interview and gifted the band custom-made friendship bracelets.

Patients, families and staff joined in to ask questions before Mt. Joy performed two songs live in the studio: “Highway Girl” and “Strangers.” (You might recognize their performance of “Strangers” as the background music in our highlight reel!)
