We confess, there might be a slight “bias” in favor of Kevin Woo in Seacrest Studios at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt! The K-Pop star called our studio in Nashville all the way from his home in South Korea! Kevin stayed up late (1:00 a.m. his time) to answer patient questions.

Jack Black Masters Zoom for Pediatric Patients

Seacrest Studios at Children's Hospital Colorado was excited to host a very special virtual visit from movie star/comedian/musician, Jack Black—and the visit was made even better with patients joining in through Seacrest Studios broadcasts across the country! The call included friends from: Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, CHOC Children’s, Children’s Health, Boston Children’s and Levine Children’s Hospital.

As interns, we are all incredibly grateful for this opportunity to work with Seacrest Studios to improve our broadcast skills and to spend quality time with our friends at the hospital. We also love being able to explore new ideas and to push creative boundaries together, especially when these opportunities bring smiles to children at the hospital. Not to mention, all of the interns love the chance to have fun and embrace the child within all of us – especially when that includes silly DJ names and fun Disney games!

Take it from us, patients across the nation thoroughly enjoyed a virtual visit from Country singer/songwriter and RSF Ambassador, Jordan Davis. Seacrest Studios in Nashville hosted this event, with friends in other studio locations across the country in attendance. With appearances from the Philadelphia, Atlanta, Denver, Cincinnati and Charlotte, patients truly gave Jordan Davis a warm welcome.
